It's never easy to leave your beloved cat for surgery and entrust their fate to strangers. At the Darmstadt Veterinary Clinic, however, I can do so with complete peace of mind. Ms. Kasperczyk and her team are highly professional and so empathetic that I'm 100% certain: my pet's well-being is their top priority. We've been to many veterinarians, and at this practice, it's especially clear that the animal is the focus. This starts right in the entrance area with special "cat parking spaces," which unfortunately aren't standard but are much appreciated by our feline friends. They also take their time with blood draws, first building a bond, petting, and calming the cat. So far, all our visits have been largely stress-free. Besides dental work, we've also treated more complex cases with chronic diarrhea. Ms. Kasperczyk uses modern diagnostic methods to get to the root of the problem, instead of just "trial and error" and guesswork, as we've unfortunately experienced elsewhere. She was able to quickly get the problem under control, and our cat was healthy again in no time. I especially appreciate her in-depth knowledge of the subject matter, her consideration of current scientific data, and her willingness to respond to concerned emails from owners even after hours. I'm very glad we have such a high-quality practice in Darmstadt. Overall, the price is reasonable and fair for the services provided. The task of a good veterinarian is to provide the best possible care for their patient, and that's exactly what you get here, without compromise.
