I've been taking my dogs to this vet for about 10 years. However, what happened yesterday with Ms. H. left me speechless. They were supposed to simply remove the head of a tick from my young dog, but instead, they scratched everything until it bled, and the tick head was still inside. They still charged the full price. The procedure was also a disaster. My dog ​​was pushed directly onto the table for no apparent reason. He was just shaking. All the training to create a positive association with the vet is now gone. How this "veterinarian" works there remains a mystery to me. A positive mention must be made of Ms. P., who handled this procedure without any problems. She didn't push the head onto the table, and the tick was removed without any problems.

I'm absolutely thrilled! My dog ​​(a Rottweiler, usually quite difficult at the vet) had to have a tooth extracted – both the pre-operative appointment and the surgery itself went incredibly smoothly. The entire team was incredibly empathetic, caring, and professional. They catered to all our needs, and my dog ​​was a real trooper – something I'm not used to at all.
