For me, she's the best vet I've ever been to. I really appreciate her many years of experience. My dog ​​loves going to her practice; she even practically drags me in, even though she otherwise refuses to go to a vet's office voluntarily. You can always get an appointment as quickly as possible (always on the same day so far), and telephone consultations are also available at any time. Despite a thorough initial consultation, our dog is examined carefully at every visit, from her gait to her teeth. Dr. Hagenlocher literally got our dog back on her feet after she could barely walk without pain due to several knee surgeries. She would have even needed another operation. Luckily, an acquaintance recommended Dr. Hagenlocher. After her treatment, our dog was finally able to enjoy walks again without painkillers and has even gone on hikes with us again. As a dog owner, she offers the option of not immediately resorting to harsh medications. Previously, these treatments had only ever temporarily resolved our problems. Their treatment methods, however, have led to long-term success with all our issues.

Very honest and direct treatment. A holistic treatment spectrum that also includes the animal owner. She helped one of our (Icelandic) horses diagnosed with spinal degeneration and chronic pain walk pain-free again. Her treatment largely restored vision in one eye after blindness. Both horses were considered beyond treatment.

A very friendly, empathetic homeopathic veterinarian who goes the extra mile. My cats felt very comfortable and even suddenly became fearless. Excellent nutritional advice with food samples and a feeding plan. She is connected to nature and loves all animals; even bees have found a loving home with her and thank her with delicious honey. Despite the fee schedule and regulations, the prices are affordable compared to other veterinarians.

I really appreciate her honest and straightforward approach. Appointments are always easy to get, and she truly takes her time with both animals and their owners. Appointments are made by phone, so there's no waiting room with other animals, which is perfect for my stressed, anxious dog. What I also really like about her is that she doesn't just practice conventional medicine, but also offers homeopathic and alternative treatment options. She doesn't immediately resort to painkillers or antibiotics, but first explores gentler methods – and we've already had some fantastic results with them. I really enjoy going to her and feel that my dog ​​and I are in excellent hands there.
