Mr. Crinietz is the best veterinarian – we are so grateful for his empathetic approach to both animals and people! He surgically removed my dog's gum overgrowth, and we were even allowed to be in the room during the operation. The same was true for my male dog's dental surgery. Regarding the comment about an allegedly unfriendly receptionist: That's simply not true. The receptionist is absolutely friendly, courteous, and helpful. Of course, it can happen that you don't get an appointment immediately, but they really do their best to find a solution as quickly as possible. We drive all the way from Albstadt to see him – it's absolutely worth the trip for such a competent and welcoming practice!

We've been going to Dr. Crienitz with our (now elderly) cat for years, and we're very satisfied. He's very kind to the animals and is very thorough and dedicated. Unfortunately, we're moving away; this vet is hard to beat.

I thank Dr. Crienitz from the bottom of my heart. 🐶🌈 He lovingly and peacefully let our family dog ​​pass away peacefully after 15 years. He is understanding, loving, and takes his time. Thank you for everything 🌈rest in peace, Speedy🌈

Zero stars! Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this veterinary practice. We went there during open hours (there were no other people in the waiting room), but the secretary treated us very rudely and sent us away without any examination. Instead of showing understanding or offering a solution, the tone was rude and unhelpful. You don't expect that when seeking help with a sick animal. Very disappointing – we definitely won't be coming back and can't recommend it to anyone.

I had an emergency with my pet and went to the open consultation. There was no one in the waiting room, and there was plenty of time. I was immediately greeted rudely and sent on my way. Unfortunately, it was very disappointing! My pet was unwell, and I was rudely left standing there. I would not recommend it! :-)
