5 Stars – A Lifesaver! We arrived at the clinic today as new clients with a critical emergency. Although we had never been there before, we were seen immediately without hesitation. The entire team reacted incredibly quickly. Thanks to the prompt C-section, all the kittens and their mother are doing well, healthy, and happy. An incredibly professional, empathetic, and warm clinic. We are immensely grateful for this wonderful help!
We took my dog Ricky there as an emergency. They had everything prepared after we called ahead and explained the situation. We were immediately shown into the treatment room without any delay. Unfortunately, nothing more could be done for Ricky. He was put to sleep. The team at AniCura was very empathetic. They explained everything in detail, explaining why it had to be done that way. I can't and won't say anything negative about the veterinary clinic. I'm very satisfied.
We were blatantly lied to and given the wrong medication! Who knows what could have happened if we hadn't been paying attention! Our dog needed a specific antibiotic after a biopsy. Our vet sent us to the clinic in Borken, as they had it in stock. During our consultation, the vet at the clinic said he wanted to double-check which medication it was and would call our vet. After a few minutes, he returned with a bag containing medication and led us to believe he had already consulted with our vet. However, I became suspicious outside because the dosage was completely different from what my vet had told me, so I called him. The vet at the Borken clinic hadn't called our vet and had given us the wrong medication. We confronted the vet at the Borken clinic and received a curt reply that he couldn't give us the antibiotic because he wasn't allowed to dispense it like that. We should go somewhere else! If the clinic needed a referral to give us the antibiotics, that wouldn't have been a problem. Better than lying to us and giving us the wrong medication!
