A very competent team. Always willing to listen to any questions about our Hand Boomer. When he unfortunately had to be put down, we were treated with great empathy, and the euthanasia was carried out with great dignity. Very warm and humane, with so much understanding and respectful interaction. A special thank you also to Sr. Maike Leverinlk, who was always there for us during the more than two years of treatment, both medically and, above all, personally. Thank you very much. The Anicura in Borken is absolutely lovely and very professionally honest and competent. A huge compliment to each and every one of them. Highly recommended and excellent value for money.

We visited the clinic for the first time on October 23, 2024, with our poodle mix, Eddy. Prior to that, we had already endured a multi-day ordeal involving various clinics and doctors. Sadly, nothing more could be done for our beloved Eddy, and after 4,155 days, we had to say goodbye. Nevertheless, we would like to thank the entire team and Dr. Milde for their compassionate and empathetic approach, as well as their expertise. We had unfortunately never experienced anything like this before. Thank you so much for everything, also on behalf of Eddy.

One of the worst veterinarians I've ever seen. They're just out to make money. Our dog wasn't feeling well one weekend (she had a fever), so we took her to their practice on Sunday. They gave her an injection and told us she'd get another one on Tuesday. Her condition worsened, and she was eventually admitted. They took five x-rays and supposedly found nothing. All the tests they did came back negative. On Wednesday morning, they very unsympathetically told us we had the choice of having our dog euthanized or simply letting her die there. Ignoring their advice that she wasn't fit to travel, we immediately went to the veterinary clinic in Duisburg on Kaiserring. They performed tests on her and claimed they could tell us everything – hmm, strange! Unfortunately, we made the wrong decision and entrusted our baby to their incompetent hands, which changed our lives forever. We should have gone to Duisburg sooner. She was two years old. : ... The vet's assistant was incredibly disrespectful and said, "I wish the dog all the best, but only the dog." I was fed up with being talked down to by such pathetic charlatans! This practice should be shut down. Anyone with any sense wouldn't bring their beloved dog to this practice!

I am incredibly grateful for the compassionate and competent care at this practice, especially from Ms. Leferink. Thanks to her attentiveness and expertise, my cat, Milo, was diagnosed with heart problems early on, something the previous veterinarian hadn't. Ms. Leferink always takes the time to explain everything calmly. You can immediately tell that the animals' well-being is truly important to her. She treated my cat with great care. The ladies at the reception are always friendly, too. Dr. Breymann and Dr. Kleinsimon were also very competent when we had to avoid Ms. Leferink. Everything is just right here: expertise, heart, and humanity. Thank you so much for everything!
