Everybody is super nice, I had no appointment the first time, but they still looked at my dog after a few minutes waiting. I had to go back 2 weeks later and again, they were super attentive, very friendly with me and my dog and professional. They speak English, which was a huge relief. I can only recommend the Klinik!

Professional and very friendly staff. Always helpful. They truly love animals. Prices are a bit spicy but not much different than some other places and also worth the services.

I needed it both for an emergency and for a simple check and both times everyone was super skilled and professional. And they all spoke perfectly English (not to underestimate especially when you have to explain any health issue about your pets). Prices according to me are in the average and in proportion to the efficiency of the service. Plus, there is a dedicated parking space right in front the place.

The vet was very nice and helpful with my dog. She made sure she knew exatly was my dog had and that I understanded what I had to do and repercutions. strongly recommend!

We were on vacation, and both our dogs fell ill. We were helped with kindness and efficiency, even though we did not have an appointment. Both our dogs had dental surgery as well. We want to express our gratitude for the way our beloved dogs and their stressed mothers were looked after. I highly recommend the services of this wonderful practice.
