The worst Vet we have been to in Vienna - we read all the negative comments and decided to still go since all the other Vets were closed - PLEASE listen to the negative reviews and find another place to go to. Although the interior is nice and modern - that's the only good thing about this place. You can tell that the doctors are clumsy and don't know what they're doing. My cat had to have a blood exam taken and while he was scared - they got him even more scared because they could not take the blood sample and kept calling more and more people in. The results of the blood sample took 1 hour and not 5 minutes like they told us. We left after that because we did not trust them to treat our cat after everything we have read and seen. We have been to multiple vets and I have never seen one with such bad reviews (from animals dying to treatment doing worse than better!).

Our cat Luna needed urgent surgery, our regular vet called and made an appointment on our behalf while we were driving there. As soon as we arrived all medical history, xrays etc were already shared and surgery was done within a few hours. Thank you for saving her life! Reasonable cost for a modern advanced animal hospital.

We’ve been to this clinic twice, and each time we were satisfied. The clinic responds very quickly to emails, and both the receptionists and doctors are always polite and attentive. Today our cat had eye surgery at this clinic — everything went perfectly. We paid €700, and we feel it was absolutely worth it for the quality of care and professionalism we received. Special thanks to Dr. Julia Klementi for her professionalism, empathy toward our cat Casper, and for explaining everything in a clear and simple way. 🤍🤍🤍

We visited this clinic with our dog Dimitri many times last month, and every single time the doctors and assistants treated him with such kindness. Although we sadly lost our beloved dog, we are deeply grateful that he received the best possible care and love throughout his month of fighting. The doctors were always patient, explained every step clearly, kept us informed, and acted with honesty and ethics, guiding us through difficult decisions with care and compassion.

I booked an appointment here because I needed a certificate confirming my cat’s good health for the airline we were flying with. As soon as we entered the room, the vet appeared too scared to even approach or touch my cat after a single hiss. My cat does not enjoy vet visits, but he was relatively calm when I stayed close to him on the examination table. Despite this, the vet asked me to move aside, which caused my cat to panic and significantly worsened the situation. The vet then called in a second colleague, who was supposed to help hold my cat during the visit. Unfortunately, this vet didn't seem to have any confidence with cats either and, instead of handling him properly, decided to use a cloth—not to gently cover his face, but to wrap it around his neck. I was completely shocked and immediately intervened to stop this. Their solution was to suggest sedating my cat for what should have been a basic health check, which I clearly refused. In the end, they issued the health certificate without performing any examination at all and still charged me €80. I found this experience extremely unprofessional and, frankly, frightening. I cannot understand how two veterinarians could be so afraid of a cat after a single hiss, nor how sedation could be proposed for such a routine procedure. I suggest to book visits for cats with vets who know how to behave and handle them properly.
