I can highly recommend Ms. Koll and cannot understand the other user's review. She is always available and responds quickly. If she truly doesn't have time, she says so directly, so you can always contact another veterinarian. Our two furry friends are in the best hands with her. She even contacts us herself when vaccinations are due, so you don't have to set a reminder. She does her utmost, even for the smallest patients, such as budgies.
Our family vet for years. From budgies to large dogs, she's the perfect person to talk to. Ms. Koll is always there for you and helps immediately with urgent matters. We're always very satisfied. A truly wonderful vet.
