Today, with a heavy heart, we had to have our beloved cat put to sleep (tumor). To spare her further stress, we asked if it would be possible to do this at home. Mr. Krawehl came to see us right after work. He is an incredibly caring and empathetic doctor, both in his interactions with animals and with their owners. His incredibly kind treatment of our cat, his compassion, and the fact that Mr. Krawehl took so much time with us made the whole procedure a little more bearable. This way, our cat was able to fall asleep relatively stress-free in her familiar surroundings—and we were able to say goodbye to her in peace 🤍🕊️

Five stars aren't enough in my opinion. We were there again today with our cat Luzi, and we're once again thrilled. From the team, who are always kind and friendly, to the vet himself, this vet always manages to alleviate our fears professionally, honestly, and reassuringly, finding solutions that are in the best interest of the animal. We've entrusted all our cats to him for years and have never been disappointed. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice to everyone. They still work with a lot of heart and compassion here.

I am absolutely disappointed and appalled by the way this practice treats long-standing customers. In March, I had an appointment for my dog, Chopper, to be neutered – without any consultation, just a straight-up surgery appointment. Only after doing my own research did I realize that neutering my dog ​​would have been completely pointless and even harmful. Therefore, I wanted to cancel the appointment in a timely manner – I called several times a day before and on the day itself, but no one was available. Now, months later, my dog ​​is limping, and I wanted to make another appointment. The answer: They wouldn't accept me because I "didn't keep" the previous appointment. Mistakes are human – I know that only too well. Six years ago, Dr. Krawehl made a much more serious error: My dog ​​had something stuck in his intestines, lost weight, and I was sent away with the words, "It'll be okay." He almost died. He ultimately had to undergo emergency surgery at the veterinary clinic – a piece of rubber was stuck in his stomach. Nevertheless, we forgave this serious mistake and remained loyal to the practice. And now I'm being kicked out for an alleged "missing appointment" – even though I tried to cancel several times. That's not professional behavior; it's disrespectful. After all that, I'm just disappointed. We were loyal, understanding, and fair – and were coldly shown the door. That's not how you treat customers, and certainly not animals.

I visit the practice with my two cats and am completely satisfied. Mr. Krawehl is an excellent veterinarian who always takes his time, treats the animals sensitively, and always gives me, the owner, detailed and understandable advice. I feel like I'm in excellent hands. The entire practice team is incredibly caring, helpful, and friendly. A veterinary practice that I can wholeheartedly recommend!
