They have emergency service on Sundays from 8 a.m., told me the day before to call from 8 a.m. I did and waited for 15 minutes with three screaming and agitated cats in the car. I rang the bell several times, but no one answered! Oh, and all of a sudden, the phone went off. It's a disgrace to give a worried cat owner hope and then do something like that!
We came here to treat our cat and a dog, very pleasant people and very professional, highly recommend.
I've known the vet for six years and am very satisfied. We see him every year for vaccinations. Unfortunately, we sometimes have to visit him again when my puppies are sick, but after our visit, they're always healthy again very quickly. Thank you so much, Doctor. I highly recommend him. The vet's office is located near a public transport stop. Even if you don't have an appointment, they'll see you.
He failed to recognize acute brain damage during emergency veterinary care, something another vet could have easily diagnosed with just a glance at the animal's eyes. After spending over €200 on x-rays with him, the animal had to be euthanized by another vet when it was too late.
Dr. Redl: a really lovely veterinarian 😃! I can highly recommend her practice 👍👍👍!
