The veterinarian is very empathetic and skilled. We took our cat Emmi here for vaccinations and spaying. Everything went smoothly and without complications. Ms. Puffahrt-Happ schedules appointments by phone and calls back promptly if needed. She also always has helpful advice if you're unsure about something or need assistance. We are very satisfied and highly recommend this veterinarian.
For over 10 years, she's been our vet and our first point of contact for dogs, cats, rabbits, etc. Always competent, always empathetic, always takes her time—simply wonderful!
