Excellent emergency care for my dachshund. Everything was quick and easy. The eye ointment didn't cost €40 (as another reviewer mentioned), but only €5. I'm completely satisfied and would highly recommend them.

Absolute impudence and total human failure! We had an appointment today at 3 p.m. to have our dog put down, and at 11:48 a.m. (only by chance, because I called again) I was canceled due to a private doctor's appointment! It's about ending the life of a family member! We've spent the whole week preparing for this (the appointment has been set for a week), saying goodbye, and putting in a huge amount of organizational effort to coordinate our child and work. I was then fobbed off on the phone with flippant arguments and no insight whatsoever. Zero empathy and respect for this difficult step for our entire family! Now we're looking for a new vet, and until then, my dog ​​will continue to suffer! DO NOT use this vet!

Our bulldog had severe epilepsy, so we had to get her to the nearest vet as quickly as possible. This was the only one open and nearby. He gave our dog sedatives—to prevent her from hurting herself—and gave us pills to administer orally. He said, "If she has seizures until this evening, things won't look good for you." Her temperature wasn't taken, nor was she put into a medically induced coma to help her recover. On the way to the nearest animal hospital, she started vomiting. By the time we arrived, her fever was so high that she would never have recovered. Her brain was already damaged, and she would never have survived on her own. If this vet had been competent, my dog ​​wouldn't have died.

The vet offered quick help, but charged €39.95 for a conjunctivitis ointment for dogs that could be bought for €2.50. Absolutely outrageous.

Unfortunately, the treatment was very superficial and yielded no results! There was no explanation of the main problems! Only guesswork and an injection for itching, without even weighing the dog beforehand! I cannot recommend this.
