Paid a lot of money for a misdiagnosis! What a disgrace! If I hadn't gone to another vet, my dog ​​would have died! This practice is completely incompetent and unfriendly! Don't go there!

I called the emergency service on Sunday evening. A very unfriendly male voice with no idea if there was a doctor at the practice. I was rudely reprimanded several times because I didn't have the right answer. I was subsequently referred to the veterinary clinic in Magdeburg because there was no lab available or blood tests to check. My dog ​​was in severe pain or had a seizure, but unfortunately, they couldn't tell.

A very kind and experienced veterinarian who always takes the time for each individual patient. I feel very comfortable there and well cared for with my animals. Appointments are always available quickly, and they are happy to answer any questions!

We're now taking our second Ridgeback to Heike Darius, and she's always there for us, takes plenty of time, and has successfully handled many challenges :-) We're very satisfied and always feel very well cared for by her. Keep up the good work!
