Paid a lot of money for a misdiagnosis! What a disgrace! If I hadn't gone to another vet, my dog ​​would have died! This practice is completely incompetent and unfriendly! Don't go there!

We're now taking our second Ridgeback to Heike Darius, and she's always there for us, takes plenty of time, and has successfully handled many challenges :-) We're very satisfied and always feel very well cared for by her. Keep up the good work!

I called the emergency service on Sunday evening. The man's voice was very unfriendly; I have no idea if there's a male doctor at that practice. I was repeatedly and rudely reprimanded because I didn't have the right answer ready. I was then referred to the veterinary clinic in Magdeburg because they didn't have a lab there to check my dog's vital signs. He was in severe pain or having a seizure, but I couldn't tell.

A very kind and experienced veterinarian who always takes the time for each individual patient. I feel very comfortable there and well cared for with my animals. Appointments are always available quickly, and they are happy to answer any questions!
