Dr. Waxenecker and his assistant cared for our Ricko during his final days with expertise, calmness, and empathy, all without any stress. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend him.
Very friendly and competent with cats, dogs, and horses. Only positive experiences.
Very helpful. It helped our cat a lot. Thank you so much!
Very rude, misdiagnosis We took our two animals to Vet Waxenecker. Once and certainly not again. I've never experienced a veterinarian who treats animals so roughly and insensitively. My dog howled and whined excessively during a routine treatment I have done every six months. This had never happened at other veterinary practices before. So, it can be done differently. My cat was once unceremoniously pulled out of the carrier by the scruff of the neck. We're not used to it either. Others open the door and wait to see if she comes out on her own. It's always like that. The worming tablet was administered so roughly and unprofessionally that the situation escalated considerably. I've been going to veterinarians for decades. Never before has anyone had such a problem performing this simple task. But simply jerking the head back and not holding the cat in any other way simply doesn't work. I also came in with a suspicion that was already palpable as a layperson. Veterinarian Waxenecker denied it and failed to recognize the dangerous symptoms. My cat's condition quickly deteriorated after that. So, off to another vet. It took him less than three minutes to confirm my suspicion. Luckily, he was there in time. We really can't recommend this practice!
Very dedicated and competent 👌🏽 Whether it's with my horse, cats, or my dog 👍🏽
