I was desperately searching for a weekend vet because we had an emergency with our cat and contacted Ms. Prömer. Shortly after, I was at the clinic with our cat (on Easter weekend!), and after a thorough consultation, Ms. Prömer strongly recommended surgery, which she then performed that very same Saturday. Ms. Prömer has always helped our pets and does her job with genuine love. Her love for animals is her top priority – I highly recommend her! 🐱🐰🐶

Years ago, he euthanized my sick cat, and this year he treated our cat. With my cat, he didn't try to sell me any unnecessary medication, but instead explained why there was unfortunately no hope (FIP). He explained the situation to us just as matter-of-factly when treating our cat. And this was on a Sunday, just 15 minutes after we called! He even lent us long tweezers to administer the medication. I was satisfied with both the service and the price.
