I haven't seen the doctor in person yet, but she gave me information about my baby cat over the phone! I got exactly what I wanted! Friendly, very precise, and extremely helpful information! Many people should be like that; I can only recommend this vet!
One of our dogs became acutely ill while we were on vacation. Dr. Kopp did one thing above all else: she listened! The dog received the appropriate medication and was back to normal the next day. Very competent, friendly, and absolutely fair in terms of price!
Dr. Kopp takes her time with her clients, both human and especially animal. Appointments are scheduled quickly, depending on the specific problem. She has treated one cat and two rabbits. Dr. Kopp is also forthcoming when she sees no hope of a cure. Her prices are in the mid-to-high range for the Mürztal region. City dwellers would consider them rather inexpensive. I personally highly recommend her.
Ms. Kopp is a lovely veterinarian who is always there for my two dogs and always explains everything well!
