We've been taking our two British Shorthair cats to Dr. Mai for seven years now. From the very first moment, we felt our cats were in good hands because Dr. Mai always takes plenty of time for examinations and the subsequent consultation. He was also available by phone in urgent cases. We appreciate his expertise and the calm way he handles our cats and can highly recommend him. Our friends and acquaintances, who own animals ranging from tortoises to Labradors, are also completely satisfied with Dr. Mai. His assistants, who have often cleaned our carriers because the cats can't survive car rides without getting sick, deserve a special mention. I first visited this veterinary practice in May and was immediately impressed. Everyone was incredibly friendly, and Dr. Mai was very competent. Today I needed a quick appointment because my dog ​​wasn't feeling well. That wasn't a problem; they squeezed me in. Again, everyone was incredibly friendly, and today I saw Ms. Aigner... I'm thrilled! She's very competent and open to answering questions about treatment methods. She even took her time despite it being a "squeezed-in" appointment.

I had a good impression of the vet when I visited. He was friendly, knowledgeable (not always a given with chickens), and took the time to answer my questions thoroughly. Unfortunately, I couldn't reach him for important follow-up questions about the medication. I waited all day for a promised callback, but it was never confirmed. The next day, I called again ("It's already noted, I'll tell him it's urgent..."). And again, I waited in vain! Six days have passed, and I still haven't received a callback! Nor has my email been answered. It would have taken just a minute or two! In the end, this hasn't helped me or my chicken at all.

I know no better! I was already a patient of his 30 years ago, and I can only say thank you to him and his team... If I get another dog after my second long-haired dachshund passes away, he will be our "family doctor" again... Thank you!!!!
