I would have expected at least an apology for such a huge disappointment with my two dogs. They didn't read the heart report, simply sent away a dental emergency patient, and postponed a uterine infection with abscesses for three months? (Every other veterinary practice acted or operated immediately!) Aside from the expenses and the incredibly insulting behavior, and the distress caused me, there was nothing.

THANK YOU! I took my cat (18 years old) to Dr. Sedar after she was in a car accident (dislocated hip and fractured tibia). Because she's already 18 years old, I wasn't sure if she would recover well from the accident. Both surgeries were performed by Dr. Sauer at Dr. Sedar's practice. The bone was very porous and badly shattered in the accident. And what can I say? After about a week, she took her first steps, and a week and a half later, she was already using the litter box on her own. I've never felt so well cared for. I was in constant contact with Dr. Sedar, could send her photos, and she took the time to discuss all the options with me. Her positive attitude gave me a lot of confidence and strength. I know there's still a long road ahead, but with such a wonderful and competent veterinarian and such a friendly team, everything is a little easier. Many thanks to Dr. Sedar! Sedar and the entire team. Luna is already looking forward to her next visit!
