We were there over the weekend as tourists and my dog had a pain attack. Took her there in a pinch and she was very nice and helpful. I also forgot my ring in her bathroom and she was kind enough to send it back to me. Really great doctor!

Dr Degen and her staff are friendly, kind, and efficient. We were on holiday in Germany, with Cologne as our last stop of the trip, and needed a ‘deworming’ of our dog in order to travel back to the UK. I called to make an appointment for the same day, but was able to just drop in without needing an actual appointment, which was very convenient. Additionally - and also conveniently - unlike other vets we’ve been to for this service, we were administered the pill in the lobby, which was so practical! I wish more vets did this for small things, and especially for animals who get stressed in the examination room. Thank you Dr Degen! I can definitely recommend her and her team if you need a vet whilst in Cologne. They speak English too (although they were very patient with my school-learnt Deutsch!)

I always feel that Dr. Degen is very competent and trustworthy. She takes great care of my cat and I will continue to come here!! I also have pet insurance and the practice is very helpful in handling the paperwork, etc. - Overall, highly recommend!!

A nice, small and friendly clinic where I took my cat to get her vaccines updated. The vet spoke English too and she also recommend that my cat didn't need certain vaccines as she's a domestic cat, fit and healthy. I would definitely take my cat back and can recommend this clinic.
