Surgery was okay BUT mine arrived home freezing cold and covered in urine. If they'd charged me for 20 incontinence pads, I wouldn't have cared. But after anesthesia, all pets should be under a heat lamp because they can't regulate their temperature well under anesthesia. The two female staff members were enjoying a break while mine lay alone in his crate, covered in his own urine. Cold and wet. No one will be seeing me here again except for deworming medication. For standard things, it's okay, but the post-operative care is a disaster. You wouldn't just wheel a person into their room after surgery and expect them to "take care of it."

We've been customers of Dr. Renard and his staff for quite some time now and have always been very satisfied. But today I'd like to express my special thanks. Thank you so much for your prompt help on a day like today!

The team is incredibly friendly and our dog is very well cared for. We even drive all the way from Regensburg to get here.

The trip is worth it. This week we took our vintage pug, Sunny, to Dr. Bernd Renard for a checkup. The little one had to endure a full program. It was a success. Sunny is doing great again. Thank you for that!
