The practice is now run by Eileen Heinrich. She's been caring for all my animals for years. She tailors her approach to each individual animal and handles them with great sensitivity. Everything is explained in detail. What I particularly appreciate about her is her honesty! She doesn't try to treat an animal 20 times over; if she realizes it needs a specialist, she points it out immediately. Yes, sometimes you have to wait a bit. But sensitive, individualized treatment simply takes a little longer than a standard, run-of-the-mill procedure. Let's be honest, everyone wants the best possible individualized treatment for their pet.

Dr. Heinrich is a very good veterinarian. We are sure that our dog is in good hands with her. She handles the animal lovingly during treatment. Always kind and friendly.
