I am so grateful that we were able to get an appointment on such short notice after finding a little kitten in the woods. Ms. Galler was not only friendly and competent, but also very empathetic – both towards the animal and towards us. My four-year-old son came along and was warmly welcomed from the start. The waiting room is pleasantly furnished, clean, and quiet, with an adjoining restroom – which makes visiting with a child much more relaxed. The little kitten seemed perfectly comfortable during the examination and even purred – a good sign that he felt safe. All in all, a very positive experience – highly recommended both professionally and personally!
