Dr. Raila and her colleague are competent, friendly, and approachable. Our cat recently had trouble eating, and despite the practice being full, we were able to get an appointment and help quickly.

Absolutely competent! Excellent accessibility and communication, and a great deal of empathy and dedication are evident in this practice! We are very grateful for Dr. Raila's support! Her lovely assistant, Ms. K., is also worth her weight in gold! The way she treats both the animal and the owner is excellent, no matter how big or small the issue is. Our dog is well cared for there. Highly recommended!

Dr. Raila cared for our Australian Shepherd, Bennie, for 15 years, from puppyhood. I can wholeheartedly recommend her. When Bennie suffered a life-threatening injury playing fetch (throwing sticks carries a high risk of injury, which I didn't realize at the time), Dr. Raila was there for us every day, even on Sundays and holidays. Without her, my Bennie wouldn't have survived. My Bennie has crossed the Rainbow Bridge – and now I've taken my grandchildren's rabbits, Blacky and Cookie, to her for their annual vaccination.
