Reviews
Absolutely competent! Excellent accessibility and communication, and you can feel the immense empathy and dedication in this practice! We are so grateful for the support of Dr. Raila! The lovely assistant, Ms. K., is also invaluable! The way they treat both the animal and the owner is fantastic, whether it's a big or small matter. Our dog receives the best possible care there. Highly recommended!
We've been receiving treatment here for ages and are very satisfied. They're professionally competent, treat the animals well, and are very empathetic to their owners. Because, as the saying goes, if the furry friends are sick, the humans are sick. Thank you so much.
Dr. Raila cared for our Australian Shepherd, Bennie, for 15 years, from puppyhood. I can wholeheartedly recommend her. When Bennie suffered a life-threatening injury playing fetch (throwing sticks carries a high risk of injury, which I didn't realize at the time), Dr. Raila was there for us every day, even on Sundays and holidays. Without her, my Bennie wouldn't have survived. My Bennie has crossed the Rainbow Bridge – and now I've taken my grandchildren's rabbits, Blacky and Cookie, to her for their annual vaccination. Thank you, Dr. Raila! Best regards
We've been going to Dr. Raila for two generations of dogs now, and I can honestly say I've never felt as well cared for by any other veterinarian (it was long overdue to say that). Whether you have an appointment or an emergency without one, you're always treated kindly and with exceptional expertise. Thank you so much for everything you've done for our animals. Here's to many more healthy years!
Dr. Raila and her colleague are competent, friendly, and approachable. Our cat recently had trouble eating, and despite the practice being full, we were able to get an appointment and help quickly.
