Her professional expertise is impressive, but equally admirable are her warmth and emotional intelligence in dealing with animals and their owners. Her entire team is also incredibly empathetic, friendly, and helpful. Everyone there treats the animals as if they were family members. Dr. Müller is extremely professional, very friendly, communicative, and responsible. We have been under her care for about eight months now with Neptunia and feel we are in excellent hands. Recently, a small skin rash was removed, and everything went smoothly. Dr. Müller guided us with great competence and calm. We are very satisfied and sincerely grateful for her support.
