We take our dog to Dr. Beisl and couldn't be happier. The entire team is incredibly friendly and welcoming; you immediately feel at ease. Dr. Beisl takes plenty of time for the examination and is very sensitive to the animal, which completely alleviates our dog's anxiety. A highly competent practice with a big heart – absolutely recommended!
I am very disappointed with this veterinary practice. My dog was treated as an emergency case, received several injections, and subsequently deteriorated significantly. I was not informed about the potential for serious side effects. Furthermore, the medications administered were not even initially listed on the bill. Overall, I didn't feel that my concerns were taken seriously. For almost €600, I would have expected considerably more transparency and care.
I went there late yesterday evening as an emergency patient. The lady on duty was wonderful; even my cat relaxed so quickly that she started purring and lying down peacefully. The practice itself is also visually very appealing.
Thanks again to the entire team. Elvis and I met several veterinarians and veterinary assistants, and we were extremely satisfied with all of them. Empathetic, friendly, and sensitive... truly top-notch! They do their utmost and offer all possible options and solutions. They are always reachable, and if not, they call back as soon as possible, which is not something you can take for granted.
