We had a good impression of the veterinarian. The receptionist, however, was very unfriendly, stressed, and cold. We would have appreciated more empathy given such a serious, potentially fatal diagnosis. Feeling like we were just bothering them is troubling and makes us feel sorry, as the veterinarian is truly competent.
