Reviews
The veterinarian and the entire team are friendly and competent. For Dr. Leps, her profession is a calling. For me, they are one of the best teams in North Rhine-Westphalia. She cares for all my animals, from dogs and cats to dwarf rabbits and chickens.
The team's expertise is excellent. The staff are friendly. I was supposed to receive three callbacks within three weeks with the results, but unfortunately, no one ever got back to me. This is especially frustrating when the animal isn't doing well. Therefore, only three stars. Please address this issue.
Yesterday we had to make the difficult decision to let our little one go. We were at the veterinary practice and we can only say thank you for the compassionate care. This practice deserves more than five stars. A practice with heart ❤️
Best veterinary practice far and wide.
Prompt appointments, friendly reception staff, and doctors who make an effort.
