We are always very satisfied! Always very friendly, no long waiting times, professional treatment, and a very pleasant atmosphere in the practice. I'm glad I finally found a very good veterinarian. I can highly recommend this vet!

The practice has been under new management since January. Dr. Cavalcanti is now the attending veterinarian. We came to her with an emergency – the first time I've had to take my cat to a vet in Frankfurt. We were seen right at the scheduled time. She took excellent care of her patient, and you can tell she loves animals and wants to help them. She gave us great advice and answered all our questions. Afterwards, we had to go back twice for antibiotic injections and a check-up. We are extremely satisfied with the treatment. I can highly recommend this practice to everyone and will only go to her myself from now on. Thank you so much, Dr. Cavalcanti!

I have never had such a bad experience in my life. Ms. Cavalcanti was very nice, but clearly overwhelmed trying to give a cat two injections. No veterinary assistants were present. There was no cage to restrain the cat. If I hadn't gone to another vet the very next day, my cat wouldn't have survived. Writing invoices is very efficient compared to the treatment. Never again. Not recommended!

I feel very well cared for at this practice! Appointments are always available quickly and at short notice. Dr. Dichmann examines the animal with great care and identifies the problem. I am more than satisfied with his treatment methods; my cat always recovers quickly! I can highly recommend this practice!!!
