Dr. Marlies Müller

A very competent doctor! She doesn't perform unnecessary treatments or even operations just to make money – the price/performance ratio is excellent! We feel well cared for at her practice.

Our usual vet is closed, so I contacted this one because of the good reviews. The moment I picked up the phone, I got a really unfriendly "Müller" from the person, and that's how the whole conversation went. It was incredibly rude, and after I said I needed an afternoon appointment because my husband has to work mornings, I was simply told, "We don't do that in the afternoon," and that was it. I'm definitely not calling again with that kind of customer service!

A fantastic doctor who knows what she's doing. She had time for us right away, unlike other doctors who only offer appointments in 1-2 weeks because they don't have any available. Here, you just walk in for a regular appointment, like at a doctor's office, and you get the help you need. Highly recommended!

Fantastic vet! You can immediately tell how much she cares about the animals. She's also very direct, which I think is great, if you're doing something wrong in animal care or if she thinks you're doing something wrong. She's also great to talk to. I'm so glad she's there! 😀

After calling every veterinarian late Monday afternoon and not getting an appointment, I, Selma Şahin, finally called her practice. Even though it was almost 6 p.m., she let me bring my stray cat in. She had come home to us on Monday after a long absence. She was nearly starving, completely emaciated. We took her inside, cared for her, and wrapped her up warmly. She seemed to be doing a little better, or so we thought. But today she was so unwell, and we were afraid for her. Thank goodness Ms. Müller examined her and found that she was in a state of shock, severely hypothermic. Thanks to her treatment, she's doing a bit better now; we've covered her up warmly and given her a hot water bottle. Thanks to Ms. Müller, we hope she'll survive. Thank you!
