Very, very friendly and competent. He was also very sensitive and calm with my horse. Truly a pleasant person. It's also worth mentioning that he doesn't seem like someone who's only interested in profit, but rather someone who approaches animals realistically and treats and helps them accordingly. I would definitely recommend him. The over-an-hour journey was worth it.
