I went to see Ms. Kramer, and honestly, never again! She rushed me through. My dog ​​wasn't properly examined. I received no information about what the next steps should be! Afterwards, she made up some untrue story. Twisting the facts is unacceptable! 👎 Once was enough. I'm now seeing a good veterinarian in Bad Nauheim.

The team at the veterinary practice saved our dog's life. He hadn't been able to keep any food down for days, and after the usual treatments proved unsuccessful, our Bernese Mountain Dog underwent a complete examination. This revealed a splenic rupture. Had this not been diagnosed, our dog would have died. The spleen was removed, and our dog is doing much better. Of course, we still need to monitor and care for him. The veterinary team is very thorough; you can tell they care deeply about animals. They are friendly, competent, and their prices are reasonable. We are so happy to have found such excellent veterinarians and can wholeheartedly recommend the practice.
