After my old dog recently passed away at Dr. Volmert's practice, she finally came into the examination room and seriously asked us if she shouldn't "slit open his abdomen so we could see the blood from our dog's ruptured spleen." How can anyone say something so unempathetic and cold to someone grieving the loss of their dog!
The entire practice team is very competent and remains calm despite the practice being full. Dr. B. Volmert did an excellent job and comes highly recommended.
