After my old dog had just died in Dr. Volmert's practice, she finally came into the treatment room and seriously asked us whether she shouldn't "cut open the stomach so we could see the blood from our dog's ruptured spleen." How can you say something so unsympathetic and cold to someone who is grieving for their recently deceased dog!
The entire practice team is very competent and remains calm despite the practice being full. Dr. B. Volmert did an excellent job and comes highly recommended.
