Highly recommended! We were allowed to drop by 20 minutes before closing time, even though we're not regular customers. Our dog had pulled a muscle in her back that afternoon, and Dr. Hoffs cared for her with great care and patience. He then immediately informed our veterinarian by phone the very next morning. Simply fantastic!
I had already given Dr. Hoffs 5 stars. Now I must also give Dr. Schüppel the highest praise. For our "big guy," a visit to the vet is pure stress. He generally doesn't let strangers touch him. Dr. Schüppel, with her calm and confident manner, was able to immediately gain his trust and alleviate his anxiety, so that the treatment went smoothly. Simply top-notch! We feel we are in good hands here.
For me, there's no better vet than Hoffs. Nice, friendly, helpful, courteous, very approachable, always in a good mood and up for a laugh, even when you have questions. Just like his staff.
If I could, I'd give 10 stars. This practice is the best I've ever been to in the 14 years I've owned animals. I thank the entire team from the bottom of my heart; thanks to them, my Günther is still by my side.
