A very good veterinarian; you feel very well cared for thanks to her expertise and friendliness, and she always has a sympathetic ear for your concerns about your pet. The receptionist is also incredibly kind and caring. The reasonable prices further contribute to my great satisfaction with this veterinary practice. I've been taking my dog ​​to this practice from the very beginning; even coming from Berlin wasn't too far. Today my dog ​​is 10 years old and has heart problems, and I'm so glad he's in good hands there. Thank you to the practice team; I will continue to be a loyal customer and can only recommend you. A wonderful, kind practice team, very empathetic. Not only does the animal feel well cared for, but so does the owner. We had to take our cat to the emergency clinic in Bad Liebenwerda on Saturday because he was feeling unwell and vomiting. He wasn't eating anything; our Krümel only received something for the vomiting there. He was still unwell over the weekend. So today we went to Dr. Felgner, and she immediately saw that he had swollen lymph nodes and a throat infection. He received an injection, and this afternoon he's already feeling much better. I would like to sincerely thank the entire team at the practice. I brought my dog ​​in as an emergency and unfortunately didn't have any money available at the time. Despite the circumstances, my dog ​​was treated immediately, lovingly, and without prejudice. The veterinarian was incredibly friendly, patient, and empathetic. The receptionist was also very warm and understanding. It was immediately clear that the animals' well-being is truly their top priority. I am so grateful to both of them for their help and for trusting me. A practice with a truly big heart – highly recommended!

A truly wonderful team, a fantastic veterinarian! We were out with an emergency on Friday evening and desperately needed someone to check on our Beagle. He suddenly had a fever, was lethargic and very sluggish, and his anal glands were very swollen. Despite it being after 7 pm and without an appointment, the lovely veterinary practice took us in and saved our beloved four-legged friend's life! 🐶🥰 Thank you so much!
