The practice team is very friendly; we've been taking our dog and cats there for five years and are always very satisfied. You make an appointment and are then actually seen. There's no crowded waiting room with nervous animals and seemingly endless waiting times, as I've experienced almost everywhere else. I've never encountered such a well-organized team at any other veterinary practice.
