Dr. med. vet. Eva Lauck

Hello Since our usual vet unfortunately closed his practice, we were referred to Dr. Lauck. Our dog had laryngitis and needed treatment. From the very beginning, it was clear that this veterinarian prioritizes the animal's well-being and took the time to examine the animal and find the best course of treatment. We are thrilled, and our dog, in particular, has taken a real shine to Dr. Lauck. For us, the decision was clear: we would only go to her from now on. She is a top-notch veterinarian; anyone looking for perfect care for their pet will find exactly what they need here.

Fantastic veterinarian – always there for the animals! I am incredibly satisfied with the care provided by Dr. Lauck. She is not only highly skilled but also incredibly empathetic. My cat feels very well cared for, and you can tell immediately. She takes her time, explains everything clearly, and treats the animal with loving care. Unfortunately, due to work commitments, I couldn't come during the practice's opening hours. I explained the urgency and my current situation to Dr. Lauck over the phone, and she quickly found a solution! I am very grateful for that ❤️ and can highly recommend her!

A truly wonderful veterinarian who, despite being stressed with moving house (and us having previously been seeing a colleague), immediately gave us advice over the phone on how we could help our cat. Unfortunately, she wasn't any better the next day, so she even came to our home to treat her. There, she knew exactly what to do and treated our cat very pragmatically (she was quite ill by then). The veterinarian is friendly and easy to reach by phone, but overall I'm dissatisfied. The prices are extremely high, significantly higher than at other veterinarians or animal hospitals. Despite repeated requests, I haven't received a proper invoice. Some of the advice I received for my pet unfortunately had a negative impact. Furthermore, I often feel that my concerns or counterarguments aren't taken seriously. What I find particularly annoying is that medications and treatments were billed without a clear explanation. It was never possible to take medication home; it always had to be administered on-site, even for something as simple as an antibiotic. The price for a whole package would have been understandable, but charging the full amount for just administering it is, in my opinion, completely unreasonable.

My cat got very sick on a weekend, of all days, and I was prepared for a trip to the veterinary clinic. A friend of mine recommended Dr. Lauk; he suggested I try her first. Which I did. Even on the phone, I was pleasantly surprised by the completely different atmosphere compared to what you usually experience when calling an emergency clinic. We were able to come in the very next day, and my cat received immediate and highly professional care. Three days later, I had a surgery appointment. That went incredibly smoothly as well; I was extremely pleasantly surprised. My cat is now doing wonderfully again. The most important thing, however, is that Dr. Lauk isn't just doing her job. She's truly dedicated to her work. I've never experienced this level of empathy, patience, and professionalism before. I also really appreciate her calm and relaxed manner.
