But the truly wonderful experience begins right from the reception. Assistant Charlie is one of the most empathetic people and cares for both animals and their owners with great passion. You can get in quickly at any time if it's urgent. They're incredibly easy to reach! The price is absolutely commensurate with the high quality of treatment: here you really get the feeling that your animal's health is truly at the center of everything. Very, very good. 👍🏻

Emergency on a Sunday… our dog developed an abscess on Sunday at the worst possible time. After a brief exchange via WhatsApp, Dr. Bleßmann was at her practice half an hour later, ready to help immediately, without any hesitation or complaint – even on a Sunday! She was wonderful with the animal, handled the situation calmly, and remained relaxed even while responding to an emergency call. A thousand thanks for the help!
