A very kind and competent veterinarian. We're currently on vacation here and needed help for our dog. We felt very well cared for and would definitely recommend him. Thank you so much for the quick and uncomplicated help!

Warning: Traumatic experience due to unprofessional euthanasia at the vet. I strongly advise against using him as a veterinarian. In a difficult situation where we suddenly had to say goodbye to our dog, we contacted Georg Speckbacher, who assured us that our dog would first be sedated, slowly fall asleep, and then receive the euthanasia injection. As a veterinary student familiar with the process, this sounded perfectly normal—but that's precisely what he didn't do. We were sitting with our dog when he came in and, before we could react, very quickly injected the euthanasia injection (pentobarbital) directly into our dog's heart. This was obviously completely wrong and resulted in a traumatic experience. He lied to us and clearly wanted to get it over with as quickly as possible, without regard for the consequences and without empathy for our dog, whom he seemed completely indifferent to. We asked him about it several times, but he continued to lie about it, perhaps because as a veterinarian he thought we didn't know any better and could be deceived. I've been taking my animals to Georg for over 30 years now – and that says it all. Throughout all these years, each of our animals has always been treated with great expertise, empathy, and heartfelt care. You can tell how much he loves his profession and how he considers each animal individually. Even in difficult moments, he has always found the right words and given honest advice. His calm, trustworthy manner and the consistent quality of his work continue to impress us. After so long, I can say with complete conviction: You and your pet couldn't be in better hands! Georg is a fantastic veterinarian! Thank you for everything. Best regards, The Kail-Gschwent Family

I have three cats, and all three have been to him for various reasons. Each time, they received excellent care, including surgery, antibiotics, and vaccinations. He immediately diagnosed a marten bite and was absolutely right. His prices are reasonable, and he's available even on holidays and weekends 👍 I highly recommend him; we're always welcome here 🙌

Dr. Speckbacher has always provided excellent care for all my animals, especially my cats; he was even there for us on holidays. A veterinarian with a heart of gold! I feel very comfortable with him, taken seriously, and exceptionally well cared for. Thank you so much for your help and your big heart for animals—you rarely find a veterinarian like him!
