I absolutely cannot understand the negative reviews! Here you can see and feel that my cat is finally more comfortable, and we've been to so many places... Finally, she's found the right place! In my opinion, Dr. Hitzler handles the animals wonderfully, and that's important to me! ❤️
♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ We can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Hitzler! Since we got our Cooper, we've been taking him to Dr. Hitzler, and it was definitely love at first sight. We've also looked at the other reviews here and absolutely cannot understand the negative comments, such as the suggestion that it's better not to have an emergency on Sunday. When our Cooper wasn't feeling well this Sunday evening, September 18, 2022, we received a call back immediately and were able to go straight to her. We've also compared her to other veterinarians and can only say that we and our dog are always warmly welcomed, Dr. Hitzler takes her time, is the epitome of calm, and has a wonderful sense of empathy. Looking at the other reviews, where people simply give a few stars without any text at all, one has to seriously wonder how dare they do that. Zero substance, no explanation as to why someone would dare to leave a negative review anonymously. "What goes around comes around." Perhaps some people should ask themselves whether they treat others with the necessary calm, kindness, and respect. I think we do, and that's how we're treated by Dr. Hitzler. Conclusion: If you're looking for a compassionate veterinarian, we highly recommend visiting Dr. Hitzler.
