So if you really want to be ripped off, like having the bill more than three times the agreed amount, or being billed for things that were never done, like charging for disinfectant three times even though you only received one amount (equivalent to around €45), you've come to the right place! Also, during a check-up visit, they billed you for treatments that were never done. Laboratory tests are also performed using the wrong age and gender for the animal, but the owner is supposed to pay for it? Not to mention that I haven't even received all the lab tests to date! Now our lawyers can argue about the bill. And on top of that, the doctor is extremely unfriendly and the wound care is disastrous! Once and never again!

We were more than satisfied with the dental surgery performed by Clausi! She treats him with great care…the check-up appointments, including vaccinations, were always excellent.

I absolutely cannot understand the negative reviews! Here you can see and feel that my cat is finally more comfortable, and we've been to so many places... Finally, she's found the right place! In my opinion, Dr. Hitzler handles the animals wonderfully, and that's important to me! ❤️

♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ We can recommend Dr. Hitzler without reservation! Since we got our Cooper, we've been taking him to Dr. Hitzler, and we're definitely talking about love at first sight. We've also read the other reviews here and absolutely can't understand the negative comments about how it's better not to have an emergency on Sunday. When our Cooper wasn't feeling well today, September 18, 2022, on Sunday evening, we received an immediate call back and were able to go straight to her. We've also compared her experience with other veterinarians and can only say that we and our dog are always warmly welcomed, Dr. Hitzler takes her time, is the epitome of calm, and has incredible empathy. If you look at the other reviews, where they simply award a few stars without any text, you have to seriously question the nerve with which she allows herself to do this. Zero meaning, no justification for why someone dares to anonymously give a negative review. "What goes around comes around" Perhaps some people should question whether they approach others with the necessary calm, kindness, and respect. I think we do, and that's how Dr. Hitzler treats us. Conclusion: If you're looking for a compassionate veterinarian, we can only recommend paying a visit to Dr. Hitzler.
