The best vet in Peine, and above all, not a rip-off artist! There are hardly any good vets left in Peine... actually, there aren't any left at all in Peine... Sorry to say this, but I've had my beloved dog Tessa longer than anyone expected. Thank you, Dr. Gerhard Schmidt. We'll both be stopping by again on Tuesday.

We visited Dr. Schmidt's emergency clinic on a Sunday evening because our dog had suddenly developed severe, bloody diarrhea. We received a very warm and friendly welcome and advice, and the dog was examined and treated competently. He is now completely healthy and back to his old self. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience during a difficult time for us. We felt very well cared for, and the rapid recovery speaks volumes about the effectiveness of the treatment.

I called the emergency vet because my dog ​​had bloody diarrhea and severe vomiting. The person on the phone was very unfriendly and stressed. They insisted I come immediately because they didn't live where their practice was located?! I left right away, but it was a 20-minute drive, which I told them. When we arrived, no one was there, and they wouldn't answer the phone (I tried several times, even on the way there). Absolutely disappointing and completely unacceptable! They could have just said, "Please go directly to the animal hospital." It was pure stress for the dog on such a hot day!

What are you supposed to think of a veterinarian who's also a hunter? Here he heals cats, and elsewhere he happily shoots them because they're supposedly poaching? That really shows you what he knows. The day I found out was my last day with him.

We took our Labrador Retriever to Mr. Schmidt's emergency clinic today. We received excellent advice; Mr. Schmidt took his time and listened to us. Our dog is doing well again – thank you, Mr. Schmidt! All the best to you!
