Great vet and staff! Everyone was friendly and patient. The vet did a thorough exam of my cat and really took the time to answer all my questions in English. I highly recommend!

Our cat got stung by an insect and had a very swollen paw. We called them and they said to wait and check if the swelling expanded, and if so to bring him there. When that happened, and we went there, the receptionist did not open the door to let us in until we could remember our vet's name. And when we asked for the cat to be seen, understandably annoyed and worried, she started yelling at us because "they have rules". This was also argued by the vet, but at least after he had a look at our cat, an outcome that we really had to fight for. The health of our little furry friends should come first, then the burocracy. Really shows how much they care about their wellbeing. Was not expecting this very unprofessional and angry behaviour from people who are supposed to take care of our little family members. Also we paid 200€, for a super quick visit, with the cortisol costing only 0.19cents. And they say mafia is an Italian thing.

I find him sympathetic. Treated me and my dog nicely. I'm satisfied.

I know this vet and his praxis for 10 years ! He is simply the best. Thank you Doc.
