Reviews
Our mixed-breed dog's veterinary practice is a favorite. We feel very well cared for, and on every walk when we pass the practice, our dog instinctively wants to turn towards it and say hello. The vets and nurses are very attentive and always exceptionally friendly. Our dog's spaying went completely smoothly and without any problems. Even in difficult situations like her cancer diagnosis, the practice went to great lengths to find the best possible solution for both her and her pet. They quickly contacted several treatment centers to administer chemotherapy so that we could begin treatment as soon as possible.
As a doctor myself, I tend to be a somewhat complicated "fellow patient" and not always easy for my colleagues to manage. Marie Müller-Bornemann and veterinarian Katrin Monn, however, were able to handle this and provided invaluable support during my emotional distress and helplessness. They explained the life-threatening situation for my therapy dog, KABA, in a very compassionate and professional manner, and even gave me a glimmer of hope. The rational diagnosis and treatment were truly appropriate. On Thursday, I was already considering euthanasia, but today things look a bit more hopeful. Doctors, whether treating animals or humans, can't always know 100% of the details. That's a well-known fact. But it was precisely this authenticity, cheerful approach, and the way they treated KABA, and therefore me, that deeply impressed me. I am grateful for that. It's so important in such situations to feel that you've done everything appropriately, without overreacting. The alternative for the dog, who was the equivalent of 100 years old, would have cost thousands at the clinic, and I wouldn't have been able to be with my canine friend.
A professionally excellent practice that takes ample time for both dog and owner.
A truly fantastic veterinary practice! My dog feels comfortable, and I feel like I'm receiving the right advice and am in good hands. All the staff are super friendly and compassionate—exactly what you'd want!
Dr. Schammberger and her team have provided excellent care for our two boxers for over 20 years. The dogs always enjoyed going to the practice. We received excellent advice and felt very well cared for at this veterinary clinic. We highly recommend this practice.
