Dr. Neumann arranged a very short-notice appointment for us and treated our budgie very gently and professionally. We can wholeheartedly recommend him and his practice.

We went to the emergency vet on a Sunday. We were seen promptly and our cat was quickly healthy again. We had called ahead to check if someone was available. We highly recommend this vet.

Very nice doctor, very nice doctor, and a very friendly team. They always take loving care of our cats and answer all our questions. They always take plenty of time, and you can get an appointment really quickly. Highly recommended!

Hello everyone. So, I took my cat to the vet twice because he was constantly in pain after urinating and was clearly indicating it. Both times, the vet told me they couldn't see anything wrong and both times prescribed medication. The pain didn't go away, and the medication didn't help. Yesterday, I went to a different vet because he said on the phone that it could only be his urethra and that I should come in immediately. My cat was put under anesthesia, his bladder was flushed, and they discovered he has FUS syndrome (struvite stone prophylaxis), which can even be fatal. I will never take my cat to that vet again and, after this experience, I can't recommend them to anyone. In my opinion, the costs of the treatment should be reimbursed, since they weren't even able to identify the problem, even though he showed clear symptoms that a vet should be able to recognize.
