Terrible!!! They don't even have an email!! They say "NOTDIENST TÄGLICH NUR NACH TELEFONISCHER VEREINBARUNG (MO - SO BIS 21:00 UHR)" It means that if your pet gets sick or is about to die after that, it will die. Annnnnnnnd if you call them, they don't pick up the damn phone! So, why do they use one?!

You must be aware parking may be difficult. The Vets is not too expensive. No problems.

A few weeks ago, I had to visit the Rist practice because my cat wasn't doing well. A chest X-ray was taken, and the doctor claimed that my cat had water in her lungs without showing me the X-ray. He gave me medication to take home and criticized the practice that allegedly failed to diagnose the water. However, he didn't provide evidence himself by not showing the X-ray. While this practice is cheaper than others in Dortmund, I don't recommend it. Everyone must decide for themselves who they entrust their pet to. Cheap prices don't necessarily guarantee good quality. Criticizing other practices doesn't build trust with customers.

A very kind and sympathetic team. Appointment was given as soon as possible. The doctor was very polite and kind, so was the staff. He was very professional.

Take care with the diagnosis. The veterinarians at this clinic told me that my dog had heart disease, when in fact the problem with his convulsion was a brain tumor of more than 2 cm( he passed away last week). I only found out after moving to Portugal, when the veterinarian said that it is not common epilepsy to start after 5 years of age. Terrible doctors. my dog would have suffered less if I had taken the right medicines.
