A fantastic vet with a very empathetic team. We're so happy to have found this team; I don't know if our little darling would still be alive without them. Our dog had a difficult surgery on two paws and what humans would call a stroke-like event, thanks to this team. Fast, uncomplicated, competent, and warm-hearted – 5 stars from Inu the dog and 5 from the people who work with her. Thank you so much.

Even one star is too much here. We were initially thrilled when we switched back to Mr. Deumer last year after moving from Ludwigsburg to Esslingen. But now we are beyond disappointed and angry! Two weeks ago, we came in with what we now know is an emergency. We were fobbed off with a prescription for Buscopan and told to go to the clinic if things didn't improve that evening or the next morning. Our dog was examined and her stomach was palpated. We received several contradictory answers to our questions. Is our dog suffering? Her heart is still beating, she is in pain but not suffering, and then only Buscopan. Thank goodness we went to the clinic immediately afterward, as we found the whole thing too suspicious. Mr. Deumer knew more than he told us, because in the clinic she was an emergency due to her weak condition, and we had to have her put down because a tumor in her stomach had burst. If we had listened to this incompetent, heartless doctor and trusted him, our dog would have died a painful, suffering death at home. We won't trust this man with any more animals, as we don't see him as a veterinarian with a heart. By the way, we paid €40 for the prescription and the auscultation/palpation. But we weren't given a direct, honest answer, like, "Go to the hospital right away, I don't want to put her down here, or I don't have the equipment for that." Nothing like that! We recommend avoiding the practices in Wolfschlugen and Neckartenzlingen!!! By the way, when we asked whether it was normal to prescribe Buscopan for a bloated stomach, our doctor at the hospital rolled her eyes as she turned away. That said it all without a word from her!

Dr. Deumer has been our veterinarian for many years. We have two large dogs and are always in excellent hands with him. He is very competent, and the entire team is always friendly, helpful, and courteous. Many thanks to everyone.

Super veterinarian. And staff. Even in the most difficult times, they show compassion and allow you as much time as you need to say goodbye. They are incredibly respectful and understanding. The price-performance ratio is absolutely top-notch. They are even available at night and always there when you need Dr. Deumer. If we ever get another pet, we will definitely come back. Thank you so much for your help during this difficult time and to this wonderful, competent team. Thumbs up!
