Our hamster had been under the care of our regular vet for 2.5 months for a tumor. Our vet said it could deteriorate very quickly and we would know when it was time to let him go. Yesterday evening, his condition rapidly worsened; he was in severe pain. Dr. Roth's practice was on call for emergencies. The initial phone call was unfriendly. After explaining the situation, the vet told us it wasn't an emergency, as he had already been diagnosed some time ago. I have never experienced such a cold and unempathetic reaction from a vet. Clearly, she's in the wrong profession. We were then admitted to the Waldau Clinic. They helped us there.

Once again, my trusted veterinary practice provided quick, competent, and empathetic care for my little dog with today's surgery. Many thanks! ❣️ She can now sleep it off at home.

Very friendly, they even saw us with the cat just before closing time. They handled Trixi well.
