Our hamster had been under the care of our regular vet for 2.5 months for a tumor. Our vet said it could deteriorate very quickly and we would know when it was time to let him go. Yesterday evening, his condition rapidly worsened; he was in severe pain. Dr. Roth's practice was on call for emergencies. The initial phone call was unfriendly. After explaining the situation, the vet told us it wasn't an emergency, as he had already been diagnosed some time ago. I have never experienced such a cold and unempathetic reaction from a vet. Clearly, she's in the wrong profession. We were then admitted to the Waldau Clinic. They helped us there.

Absolutely do not bring your pets to this office, very little hygiene, I had my kitten sterilized and they returned him to me all covered in blood.... then the doctor is arrogant with no empathy, a dirty medical office, everything negative
