We came to Dr. Neumann on a recommendation. I was very pleasantly surprised by the calm, composure, care, friendliness, and above all, expertise with which Dr. Neumann and his team treated us. Our little Luna is very anxious, but she took her examination very calmly and patiently. I know we will gladly return. Dr. Neumann was also open to many questions, even from my 8-year-old son. When he asked Dr. Neumann if he could look at an eyelash under the microscope, Dr. Neumann immediately let his actions speak for themselves, explaining everything. Everyone would wish for a veterinarian like him and such a great team. We are thrilled and sincerely thank you for being there for us.

As my dog's companion, I felt very comfortable. My dog, Shadow, was very calm with Dr. Neumann. The routine examination was very relaxed. He explained the results calmly and objectively and was very understanding of my aversion to chemicals. I'll gladly come again.
