We came to the vet as an emergency and were absolutely thrilled. Our dog had had many bad experiences with other vets because she's already had several illnesses and surgeries. Dr. Neumann handled her with incredible care and explained everything clearly after the examination. Our dog was able to relax again during this time and was curiously walking around on the floor. We highly recommend this fantastic vet.

We came to Dr. Neumann on a recommendation. I was very pleasantly surprised by the calm, composure, care, friendliness, and above all, expertise with which Dr. Neumann and his team treated us. Our little Luna is very anxious, but she took her examination very calmly and patiently. I know we will gladly return. Dr. Neumann was also open to many questions, even from my 8-year-old son. When he asked Dr. Neumann if he could look at an eyelash under the microscope, Dr. Neumann immediately let his actions speak for themselves, explaining everything.
