I took my cat to this veterinary clinic and I'm beyond furious. To give you some background: My cat has lost a lot of weight, seems constantly hungry, but won't eat anything. The vet seemed very tense and serious, which isn't necessarily a bad thing. The real issue here was a lack of competence. She took blood and asked for a stool sample from my cat. I submitted the sample, only to call several times afterward, practically begging to hear the results. To no avail. "I haven't looked at it yet," was all she said. Then I went back again because my cat was visibly worse. She gave her two injections without telling me what they were for. It was supposedly for a cold, but she didn't even check if my cat actually had one. This whole ordeal was yesterday. Today my cat looks even worse, and I'm afraid she couldn't tolerate the injections because of her low weight, whatever they were. ... I'm going to change vets and hope that I won't have to beg for results anymore and worry that my cat will be pumped full of medication just to make the visit even more expensive. Update: My cat died the next day. The injections accelerated the process. Thank you so much for your "competent" treatment and your lack of interest in my pet, Dr. Harders.
A very friendly and good veterinarian with whom I felt very well cared for during the emergency service.
Super
I'm satisfied - I get along well with Dr. Harders - the dog is doing well again, so everything's great!
Very nice veterinarian. I called today and got an appointment right away. My dog received immediate care, and I'm so glad everything went so smoothly. Thank you, Ms. Harders.
