A fantastic vet! Our dog actually enjoys going to the vet for the first time, which is saying something because he usually hates it. He takes plenty of time for us and is also easy to reach in an emergency. So what can I say? Completely satisfied.
Mr. Müller is a very empathetic and gentle veterinarian. He works exclusively by appointment, so there's hardly any waiting time. My cats have been under his care for years.
Unfortunately, this was very disappointing. I had to take my dog elsewhere in the morning. I couldn't find the opening hours online, nor were they posted directly in front of the practice. My dog was an emergency case at that time, and I felt it was very upsetting for her. I wish the opening hours were posted in front of the practice or available online. Unfortunately, ringing the bell was pointless, as no one was there. It's truly a shame, hence the one-star rating, as we were supposed to see him as a substitute and found nothing.
