I was here today with our cat Erni to get a second opinion. According to another veterinary clinic, Erni would have needed surgery on his right eye. This was urgently necessary, according to the other specialist. Luckily for Erni, it was determined that medication is also an option. 🤗 The first impression here in Betzdorf is much better, and you immediately feel well cared for. There's no time pressure, you're listened to, the examinations are performed as gently as possible, and the animal is treated with care. Everything is explained clearly and, most importantly, understandably. The team is absolutely lovely and very helpful. They are highly competent and incredibly gentle with the animals. It's a long drive for me, but this clinic is worth it.
